Step 3: Initial Deep Clean

We begin with a comprehensive deep clean to bring your facility up to Victory Cleaning’s standards. Step 5: Stock Management

Your site manager will carry out a full review of your current cleaning supplies and identify any gaps. We then coordinate the timely supply of all required consumables, ensuring your facility remains fully equipped at all times. Where needed, we also provide cost-effective supply solutions that maintain quality while helping you manage expenses efficiently.

Step 4: Team Allocation

You’ll be assigned a dedicated site manager who oversees the full delivery of your cleaning service. They handle everything from managing TUPE transitions for existing staff to recruiting, training, and supervising new team members—ensuring a smooth setup and consistent, well-managed service going forward.

Step 7: The RAG Audit

After a while, we return to your site to conduct a follow-up RAG cleaning audit. This allows us to measure progress, verify improvements, and reinforce our commitment to maintaining consistently high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Step 6: Quality Standards & Procedures
